Since May 2022, around 10 Slum Soka kids attend art classes thanks to an artist.
On Saturday afternoon, our youth centre hosts weekly art session for a dozen Slum Soka kids.
A local artist of Kibera (Uweza Art Gallery), Kelvin, offers them an introduction to different arts.
As soon as they will be ready to expose their first works of art, we will open an art gallery in our centre. It could be a great opportunity for them to get visibility. Local artists will be most welcome to expose with them. Kibera for Kibera !
